At Encore we depend on our consignors to provide us with high-quality,
gently-used furniture & home decor. In return we try sell their items
in a timely manner & offer great service & support so our consignors will
return again & again. |

We gladly accept gently-used furniture & home decor on a consignment basis
(no trades). Large items must be pre-approved over e-mail by Encore
staff. Smaller items can be brought in anytime during store hours for
approval. |

We have a secured section
of our web site where our consignors can login and view their account
information, including account balance, items sold, items for sale, past
payments, etc. |

Our consignors receive 65% of the selling price of their
items. We believe they deserve the highest return on their items
that we can afford. This can be used immediately as in-store
credit or it will be issued as a check the following month in the mail.
For example, if an item sells in September, the consignor will be mailed a
check by October 10th. |

We offer a professional pickup service to our consignors for a
minimal fee. These rates are the same as our
delivery fees.
Plus, if you schedule a delivery then a pickup at the same time, we only
charge you one fee! |
